Used for watercolor and calligraphy. Fill by submerging the vessel in a bowl of water and remove when bubbles cease to rise to the surface. Remove the dropper and carefully dry excess water from the exterior.
Cover the hole on the top with your fingertip and slowly tilt the spout down to allow a single drop of water onto your medium. Release finger from hole to allow continuous flow of water out of the dropper.
